Mouses? Mice.

You cannot "humanely" get rid of a mouse. Poison is a slow painful death. Glue boards and "live trap" and release traps are MUCH more cruel than the simple wire snap trap that breaks their necks. The glue boards trap the things and they die slowly. A "live trap" may hold a mouse so that you can release it. But again a mouse in one of these may slowly sufficate or starve to death (in a few hours). The best remedy is a neck snapping "classic" mouse trap. If you are seeing two MICE, you have more. Since you have a restaurant you have a moral and legal duty to rid yourself of the mice.

Get a cage trap cover it with some cloth put some cheese around it and in it and the trap will do the rest and it won't hurt the mouse at all.

You won't have to worry about getting rid of the mice humanely when the health department comes to inspect the kitchen. You will be advised to get rid of them or close down. When the thought of killing the mice affects your income, they don't seem to matter quite as much. Good Luck

My feed store had no kill traps, where they can get in but can't get out. After the mouse was in it, I took it for a drive into the country and let it go!

Buy a humane mouse trap ( you can get them at hardware stores). They will catch the mice, and then you can transfer them outside or into a different location entirely.

Get a cat. I mean it. He will probably not catch them, but they 'll go away. Or you can get a small trap cage, not the one that kills them, but the one that closes them in the cage, and when you catch them you take them and leave them away.
The sticky paper is not humane, actually it is horrible, because they cannot detach their skin from it. The poisons are also causing horrile death. Leave a cat in there at nights, and you'll never see them again.

Plus, find where they are coming from and close the hole.

trap them and took to the scuba lesson in the bucket which is full of water. Leave them enjoy the lesson for 10 minutes then came back and put them in the plastic bag and you will get rid of them forever

Buy a special piece of sticky paper which you attach food to and when the mice go to eat it they stick to it.
