I read a true book about this girl who dressed up as male and joined the army to look for soldier lover. Why dont boys who dress up as females do something heroic like that instead of going down the pub in a frock just to get half price drinks on ladies night like I read on Y answers?

If she looked convincingly like a man, and got herself a lover in the army, then surely the guy was gay? I bet he got less than he bargained for! A mate of mine dresses up in women's clothes, but not solely in order to obtain cut-price alcoholic beverages. He actually wants to be female. But he still shags women. Weird I know, but as I said, he's a mate and so I stick by him. It's not pathetic to want something so badly that you'd go to great lengths to acheive it, and it's not pathetic to be a true friend. So, no, we ain't.

Wow...you read about 'one' girl...and was this fiction or nonfiction? Even if it was real, it was only one person. Even if it's supposed to be real, I don't believe every 'real' story that I read.
The reasons for 'dressing up' for many people are varied, there are different reasons.
Men can be pathetic, but so can women.

Instead of being bitter and twisted try and be more easy-going. I am guessing you have been hurt recently. Well we all have. Get over it and move on. Contrary to popular belief every man is different and for the love of God, PLEASE stop trying to change us to your way of thinking or some other such idiocy. If you accept a man for the way he is then maybe you will learn to be less bitter.

Spotting men who dress up as women is much easier (and people would assume that they're transvestites). However, as for women, their is no such thing as cross-dressing, because both men and women wear trousers, and if a woman does cross dress, it's not very obvious (if you flatten your boobs, that is, and if you can manage to pull off a manly voice).

think you should review your reading habits ,gross or what ..my mans not pathetic hes yummy so are lots of males how pathetic is that ....and my dress size wouldn't fit ...sad might have saved me some money doon the pub
