I just saw the Boks lose 49 to 0 in the Tri Nations match against Australia. What in the name of all that's holy is going on? It all started with Diesel coloring his hair and cutting it off in the same week. Then all the negative news on the 2010 World Cup. Now this? Aigooooooo! What's wrong with SA Rugby this time? I'm not there and don't know. I just read what I can off the internet. The folks at home didn't want to talk about it.

Hugely disappointing :-(
To get hammered like that is just heartbreaking.
A number of old players have come out and said that "Jake White must go." But I think it would be a big mistake to fire him so close to the World Cup since he does have the ability to lead us to victory in 2007.
The reasons why we lost?
I reckon you could say injury played a part - to lose a player like Schalk Burger is a massive blow.
The main reason I think though is all this off-the-field rubbish that has been going on with Jake and SA rugby. Nobody knows exactly what has been happening behind the closed doors of the boardrooms and at present the future is very uncertain.
This would definitely have an impact on the players - If your mind is not completely focused on the game, you will always struggle. And for the Boks to lose in the manner in which they did (49-0 !!), clearly indicates that they were not focused.
I also think that our backline coach, Alistair Coetzee, is not the greatest in the world. He is also in charge of the Cat's backline and we all know how dismal they were over the past few season.
Additionally, we must start scrumming smart. We will always dominate the packs of Scotland, Wales and similar teams through raw power but when we come up against the big teams like France and NZ, then technique plays a huge role. You won't dominate those packs by trying to bludgeon your way through a wall - you have to identify a weak spot in the wall and find innovative ways to attack it.
By the way, I shaved my head on Sunday. Now our luck is bound to change to good again!

I also cant believe our darling Boks lost 49-0!! Big disappointment and I'm still shocked about that!! But better luck next time for our Boks!!!

I guess it hasn't been a good day for South Africa today. The Boks went all the way from South Africa to Australia, only to be beaten by 49 to zero. At the same time, the Manchester United went all the way from England to South Africa, only to beat our Orlando Pirates by 4 goals to zero. I think you are right, it's all my fault. I shouldn't have dyed my hairs and eventually shaved it all off. I caused bad luck to South Africa.

Yeah porgie, people here at home don't want to talk about it because its BLIND! People are calling for Jake White's head now (big surprise), and bringing up all sorts of exscuses but at the end of the day its just that we played terribly and now must deal with it.
Our sports teams are not doing well at the moment, Man United is here and they beat both the chiefs and the pirates...
