i really need help, my relationship is going nowhere my roommate is abusive i was thrown down and hurt my back real bad. i cant take anymore i am 40 and have nothing i really need help on where to start for housing job assistance and food, i want to pack up and leave and stop allowing all this pain and abuse in my life. i have been depending on too many people that are no good for me. i want to learn how to live independantly, i dont know where to start i live in lake havasu city arizona and i feel very alone and lost and scared help.

call the cops on your roomate if he is abusive

You need to feel confidant that you can have a job, rely on yourself, pay your own bills , and just DO IT!there's alot of cheap apartments you can look for, even if it's an efficiency. Everything will be yours and you'll feel so good about yourself after that other good things will happen. the hardest part is taking that first step!

first of all go to well fair and they will help you out. the will find you a job and give you money till you can get back on ur feet again.and until then go to a witness protection program so you can be safe.

Try social services or a womens crisis center since you have been abused.

go to dfs and ask for help, or see if there is a shelter fro battered women in your aea.
