I'm trying to change my e-mail address but I went to the instuctions and it said to go to the control panel, so where is it?

Go to Start button, then click on Settings, then click on Control Panel, the most important functions of your PC exist in here, But that really has nothing to do with email addresses, if you want to change email addresses you have to notify your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to change your local email address. If you want to change any other email address it's a matter of changing them with the email server of your choice be it Yahoo or Hotmail etc..

If you are running windows, click on the start button on your desktop. You will see Control Panel on the menu....just click it.
