It is not good to keep taking any herb on a long term plan. Echinacea is usually taken in the winter months. I can help you with your problem. If you my help e mail me but give me your full e mail address for a reply. Your die has a lot to do with your immune system being faulty, It's no good keep taking this when the real problem is elsewhere.

Echinacea requires like a month on & two weeks off; or two weeks on & two weeks off. I would forget the echinacea & go with Olive leaf. Not only more effective, but it can be taken daily without needing to come off it. Affects the immune system totally differently than echinacea.

hate to break it to ya, but echinacea is totally a dud. it's all up in your head.
that being said, take it when you think it'll work best, because then it will!

i would recommend going to a herbal practitioner, you can get a list at the N.I.M.H website, that way they can tailor your treatment just for you.
