Ok so somebody told me that in the next season of the OC Marissa comes back as a ghost, now I didn't believe them, cause well it sounds like a stupid idea, but they insisted its true, anybody know if its true?

yes, this is sort of true. Micha barton will still be playing Marissa cooper in the next season of the OC. She is not really what you are picturing as a ghost. She will be there in flashbacks when people are thinking about past times with marissa and stuff like that. She may also be there a couple times in dreams and such. She won't actually be a "dead ghostly character" like you were probably thinking.

ehhh.....excuse me Marissa a GHOST, OK if she's coming back as a ghost what will she do haunt all characters who are alive in the OC or something

no i dont think so, because the reason she died was because mischa barton didnt want to be in the oc anymore
