sounds like you buy love, from your other question, if you gave it as a gift you shouldn't take it back, think about it long and hard next time before you buy gifts.

if its ur money its urs. hope its registered in ur name then no one can say anything. but if it is in his name then there might be a problem simply because legally then it is his. check out the facts if ur name it is all urs
