yes u can i had a friend that it happend to that her baby dead and she was still having morning sickness and everything for about a week

yes, i had a early loss at 8 weeks but, did not miscarry till 10 weeks i still had all my pregnancy symptoms sleepy morning sickness sore boobs but, the baby's heart had stoped.

Usually morning sickness is within the first trimester so if you miscarried within the first trimester I would have to say no you can't but it may be something else like depression. Talk to your doctor!!
