Not nearly enough to melt off some of those pounds, honey. You will need to move those arms and legs to do that...and supplement your aerobic exercise with the hula hoop for agility. You can start by walking 30 minutes a day; and it doesn't have to be all at one time....10 min. here, 10 min. there...it all adds up to the same. Man, I haven't hula hooped in years! need to try it again!

How did you let yourself go like that to even hit 200????? I've never understood that. I got to imagine that you must have noticed you were getting too fat long before...so what took you so long??? Disgusting!!!
