The decal will probably not burn but the glu holding it will. You may also discolor the chrome on your muffler if you do it. I would suggest you do not do it but it probably wont do actual harm to the motorcycle, aside from the chrome.

NEVER put decals on your helmet. The glues used in decals can weaken the helmet plastic compounds, reducing the helmets ability to protect you in an accident.

Of course you can.

If the tail pipe is covered with a trim piece with an air gap, it will be cooler. Will they "Burn?" How about "Singe?" The glue might soften up and "smooosh" the stickers around. It really depends how hot the surface gets.

Put one on and drive. If it cooks, clean it off with Acetone.

You are better off getting metal medallions to rivet into the tail pipe. The sticker, depending on what it is made of, will either burn or melt and leave ugly discoloration.

It probably wont burn but it will likely peel off (unless you are sticking it on a chrome part that is actually not in direct contact with the hot exhaust gasses).

I had a older bike some years ago, and put muffler tape on the two holes. It lasted all of 2 miles

If you want to cover your exhaust, because of old bad rusty chrome, you can blast it and rechrome or ceramic coat it.

Or you can wrap it with exhaust wrap.

GOOD LUCK.
