no it is premature for humans to do that. it is what we dont have that makes humans unique. plus, where the hell would we get a tail anyways? Si-Fi?

I've known a few women who do that. ;)
Dogs do it as a universal sign of playfulness and non-aggression. (gives the signal of being puppy-like).
