Is it because it is large? Is it because the woman intentionally does it? Do certain clothes give the appearance of it happening?

The same thing that causes a man's butt to wiggle. It's the way we walk, and also FLAB!

I could say brownies, which in some cases may be true. However, women store fat differently than men. Men store fat beneath the muscle--thus the "beer belly" which in many cases can be rather firm. Women, on the other hand, store their fat above the muscle. The more fat, the more wiggle.

when you are fat, or just have a big butt. or if you are wearing tight pants. But it is not just going to wiggle standing there. Move or walk or run

a lot of it has to do with skeletal structure. The way women's legs & hips are attached to the pelvis make their butts wiggle while they move

It's because of the size. And we don't do it purposelly, it just feels better to walk that way.
