Looking at what teams have undergone in the offseason so far, most people would pick the Cowboys. Most people would be wrong.
Philadelphia is looking to make a major comeback for a few very powerful reasons.
1) Terrell Owens is gone! Before T.O., the Eagles still went to 3 straight NFC championships. With T.O., they reached the playoffs again, but lost him for the entire run unless they reached the Super Bowl. Without T.O., the Eagles still won the NFC Championship and moved on to the Big Show. With T.O. ... well, they lost by 3 to the Patroits.
2) Donovan McNabb will show that he is the team leader and that he will march the Eagles into victory. He has proven that he is a solid QB that can win the games and tough out the harsh situations (ex. playing an entire game on a broken ankle, still eluding defensive linemen and scrambling for yardage). McNabb will be ready to prove that he can hoist the team up on his shoulders once again.
3) Andy Reid will return to a running game, especially with Westbrook, Moats, and Buckhalter ready to go. All three RBs are looking very strong, and many have commented that Buckhalter has never looked better (albeit his appearances may be rare on the field). With this 1-2-3 combination, this will force the defense to continue to readjust to various offensive schemes.
4) With Todd Pinkston returning, Reggie Brown ready to assume #1 WR duties, and L.J. Smith raring to go, McNabb's aerial arsenal is locked and loaded. He will get similar looks for his WR corps since Brown looked great in his rookie season. Smith always benefits from McNabb's presence, so there should be difference here.
5) The defense still runs the same solid scheme and will be back to full strength come the start of the season. Philadelphia prides itself on a lockdown defense, and this season will be its resurrection.
6) Revenge: referring to the #1 reason, the Eagles will be out for blood and this type of fuel is potent and dangerous. Philadelphia has two dates marked on their calendar: both Dallas games. However, every game they play will be a Dallas game in their minds.
Philadelphia will sneak up behind everyone else in the NFC East and take the division and make a playoff run (which they will not be able to complete when examining the other 5 teams that will make it in as well).

write now it looks like the giants are going to win NFC east. the cowboys have the potential if To keeps his mouth closed. the eagles have a young team with some new players. i give them a year or 2 before they can be taken seriously as a superbowl contender like they were 2 years ago. redskins are ok but in this division you have to be better than ok. they will contend with cowboys for a wild card spot.

The Giants will win the division. There will be no wild card (Dallas will go 10-6 and miss the playoffs again) from this division. The Redskins will go 6-10 when a key starter gets injured and the Eagles will do hardly better (maybe 7-9).
The Giants have Sinorice Moss to add to already good receivers Toomer, Burress, and Shockey. Barber shows no signs of slowing down and their backup isn't too shabby either (I think its Jacobs).

Not the Cowgirls.
I think the Giants will win. Eli manning has gotten a lot better already and the Eagles just seem to be falling apart since the TO incident.
#2 will be the Redskins then next will be the Cowgirls(even though I hate them I still think they will do better than the Eagles)

Dallas Cowboys with and 11-5 record. Giants will be the wild card with a 10-6 record. Skinds and Eagles will have winning records, but not good enough to make the playoffs.
