What ever happened to "Jerry's Guide to the World Wide Web"?

That was such a cool site.

If I'm not mistaken "Jerry and David's Guide to the World Wide Web" was founded by Jerry Yang and David Filo. This little website soon became so popular it needed a new name....hummm maybe YAHOO which means: "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle" or its most common defination "rude, unsophisticated, uncouth."
