Feel free to email me through Yahoo Answers if you have any questions on what I do to make money at home
(1) I sell stuff on the Internet, basically I sold extra items that I had at home or I go to yard sales, flea markets, discount bins at my local stores and resell them on the net. I sell small items on a international "auction site" and larger items at a local "auction site.
(2) I also make a little extra money by doing simple things reading emails, I spend about 1/2 to an hour a night doing this.
(3) I have a website and a blog that makes me money, I just designed a website about something I know about and also the blog is related to my website. This took me the most amount of effort and time but started paying for themselves after about three months
I will post the some links that were helpful to me below.

You mean with no investment? Technically everything requires an investment of either time, money or both.

The closest thng to no money is to find a regular employer who will let you work from home (usually telemarking or some skill that can be used with a computer) or daycare (and you'll still need to get licensed and probably buy some supplies).

You will need some sort of skill to find a job. You can start a business, but they all require cash. I make money from home. the least expensive way is as a writer. However it took some great contacts and a few lucky breaks to make enough to support my family. I am also skillful and have specialized knowledge that allows me to work in an area where few can compete (so I command a much higher price than most).

I also have an internet business but after 1 years, I have still sunk several thousand dollars into it and will need to continue to operate without profits for several months more (it now supports itself). It also takes many hours of my time and I was able to do it cheaply because I have all the skills most people would have to pay others for. I can write, make graphics, program the website, market it and do PR for it.

So there is nothing that is completely investment free except a job with a boss. They are out there, but you will have to work to find it.

Free is hard. It takes a lot of work. But it can be done.
In fact, I'm working on a step-by-step plan to get started for free, and slowly expand until you have a solid business that will bring in $5000/month or more.

This program isn't fully developed yet, but it just might be your best bet. Most "free" things have pieces of the puzzle missing, and are consequently impossible to make a profit from. What I've done is take the best from several paid programs I've been a part of, and found ways to do the same thing for free.

If you want to get started right away, I can give you the first steps as I work out the kinks in the steps further on. There is no risk in starting, as you really will have zero investment, and can opt out at any time. I will be available for questions or support all along the way, and whether you decide to continue or not, you will have learned a ton of marketing techniques along the way.

Step 1: Go to the page below, and find a link for SFI. Sign up as an affiliate, and read the Smart Start presentation. (This will take you about 20 min.) Then email me, your sponsor. Tell me you are ready to start the Step Up program, and let me know any questions you have. I'll get back to you with step 2
