But, he's the one who's supposed to be in charge, so that's his job - take the heat. Everyone knows that Karl Rove, Dick Cheney and Big Oil are really the ones that are responsible for the mess we're in, but as the one in charge, its up to him to get the abuse. Since he's a mental midget - did you see his answer in Germany the other day when a reporter asked him about the Middle East? - he's the perfect patsy.

George W. Bush should not be responsible for EVERYTHING that happens in the World, after all he is not the King of the World, just the President of the United States of America. He sould not be responsible for what happens in other countries that he is not the leader of. Bush is doing his job to the best of his ability but every President of the United States of the past has had tough situation to handle both at home and all around the world and Bush is working as hard as he can for the United States of America during a time of Hope and Victory in an Uncertain World.

He'll never take the fall for anything. Anymore than he did for his DUI's, his nose candy , special privileges in college and the ROTC, his failed business ventures or the destruction of the United States world standing and the resulting loss of respect for our country as a whole.
He's not being duped by the powers behind the Presidency, he is their willing egotistical little Georgie.
Stop and think; even his mother said, "Jeb is the smart one." Georgie finished close to the last when he graduated??? from college, where he was a cheer leader, a class clown and a drunk.
As an adult he failed in every business venture. And now by hook, crook and a misguided religious right, he is President of the most powerful country in the world.
He doesn't have to think, just smirk, play to the balcony, strut about, and do what his real bosses tell him.
Of course he gets bashed. He is a fool, sadly we will all pay for it!

The danger in "Bush bashing" is that the entire movement of conservatism may get off the hook as all the blame for the mess they've made will fall onto the man who will no longer be running for public office.
Though Bush is an idiot and a despicable chicken hawk, his policies have been the policies of the right. They have supported and defended them all along. Only now that his ship is sinking are they trying to distance themselves. But isn't that what rats always do?
BTW: Use the spell check, especially if you are going to criticize someone else's speech.

George Bush is actually smart. He went to Yale and Harvard, and why else would the American people vote him in twice? I truly believe that the 'bashing' should stop, and the fact that the media always makes him out to be stupid doesn't help things. He's only doing what's best for this country and the media is too preoccupied with making him look stupid to do any real reporting about what's going on.

yes, he's not good at speeches but, what more could a president do for 911 ? Hindsight is 20/20, Saddam Insane IS A BAD GUY, the world is better off with him in custody, terrorist activity is being disrupted, TRUST ME, Iraq is still filled with slime balls that want to kill us all, the mid east is a pain in the asss to the whole world, they're gonna let a dirty nuke go, then get turned into a "SELF-ILLUMINATED PARKING LOT", courtesy of "Uncle Sam", and the whole world will be saying "Why didn't the U.S. do this sooner" ?

Don't think he is in for a fall. The judgement people have of him is like backseat drivers. Every President we have ever had has had his bad mouthers. What no one wants to understand is the President is only a figurehead for our country. He is not a king or dictator.Like it or not its the American way.

Don't judge someone on their ability to give speeches....Reagan wasn't the greatest orator either(not that I am comparing the two)....and then look at Clinton...the man could talk, but was worthless. Oh yeah....and he had a higher GPA than Kerry....so that should tell ya something.

Thats why he should have not been re-elected into office, but unfortunately, America did. Now America is suffering when they are the ones who voted him into office. You're right when you say Bush cannot be blamed. Its the U.S. who got him there!
