Sure. One time I was trying out for the cheerleading squad at West Jefferson High School, and my outfit was a little too big. I flipped right out of it and was naked, (except for my panties and shoes and socks), in front of the whole student body during an in-school football game. (You really don't want to know.) My top was showing-

I believe that tickling can be a trigger to health problems which can lead to death (i.e. Asthma, weakened heart...) but I do not believe that one can actually be tickled to death. I think that you would pass out first.
BTW, I checked http://www.snopes.com to see if they had any cases of it and they did not. They did have cases of people possibly laughing themselves to death but, again, it was unclear if they had a heart attack or what actually killed them.

If you have serious heart problem, then you could be tickled to death

I dont think its impossible, but i've never heard of it happening. That would be pretty scary if it did though. I would never wanna tickle anyone ever again!

Yes it is. Laughing increases blood pressure so you could burt a blood vessel in your brain or you could take a heart attack.
