Will the time come again when I call a company for help that I won't be on hold for 30 minutes after pushing countless numbers and being transferred by computer? Is there anything we as consumers, customers, clients do to let these big corporations know we want some da-- service please!

Good question and I wish I had an answer for it. The arrogant, chase-the-dollar companies which litter the business world today have forgotten about what drives all of their profits: the CUSTOMER! In their neverending efforts to statsify less than one percent of the world's population -- shareholders -- they trash the customer every single day. Their greed and haughtiness are beyond appalling.

BUT I know it is out there some where. So if anyone else happens to give you this information of the station address PLEASE reply to me with the info.... Good Luck

They will only change if they have a financial reason to do so. Stop using their product, and tell them why.
