* Zidane for sure...no doubt his skills are amazing!
* Ricardo...Portugal's goalkeeper...was undoubtedly amazing with his penalty saves...nobody in my opinion is capable of something as beautiful as that...not even Buffon...who in my opinion does not deserve the title of the world's best goalkeeper...Ricardo, by far...is SO much better than him!

Definitely Zidane.
He got France to the Final and was the difference between Italy and France in the Final until he got sent off.
I could not pick an Italian player because for me it was more of a team effort. Buffon, Cannavaro, Gattuso and Pirlo were great but they didn't stand out like Zidane did.

Rolando of Brasil he made more goals in the world cup he should have won that trophy instead of Mr.Headbutt Zidane. Zidane looks the the video game character Hitman Agent 46 if they ever did a movie he would give Micheal Statham a run for his money.

I also think Fabio Cannovaro was the best. But i think that Vincenzo Iquinta
(Italy) was a rite player. And stop all this bullshit about Zidane being the best player.
