please give me some possible answer...
hypothesis, experiment, and conclusion....thanks in advance...=P

It could be a skin condition, or it could be a type of mange. Some manges can be contagious, but some, like red mange, are not. Red mange is caused by a mite. It could also maybe be flea or insect bites, or allergies. I'd take the dog to the vet. They can usually treat whatever is the cause.

The vet told me that my dog's hair loss around his tail was caused by his diet. I stopped feeding him table scraps & only gave him lamb & rice dog food. His coat improved but the hair never did grow back.

The mange. If your dog is losing hair take him to the vet. The mange is contagious.

stress, allergies...some dogs are allergic to fleas.
