Random whack question. I'm in the middle of a divorce (i'm american living in germany) and my wife (german- was living in germany) seems to have vanished. The courts came to her home to present divorce papers and she was gone. Any places online i could use to aid in my person search?

If you take out a newspaper ad telling her about the divorce the court sees it as "serving" the divorce papers. Just leave her alone and get on with your life. Good luck.

Place ads in dailies write to her employers. Also register a missing person diary with the police. The police may want to know the grounds for the divorce . Was there any domestic violence etc. Be open and transparent in your disclosures. Undelivered and returned mail is proof that she is not available.
