I have a 23 year old daughter that is the mother of my 4 year old grand daughter. My daughter is mad at me and is not allowing me to see my grand daughter. I need to know what my rights as a grandparent are. Can anybody help me?

I'm not sure about that. But what I am doing with my ex (same type of sit. not letting me see my son) I am recrding all of our phone conversations. and documenting everything she does to me. then When I get her to court I should at least get 50% custody

if you value your relationship with your daughter at all i would work on doing what ever it takes to mend that relationship, counseling, long talks, not being afraid to admit to being wrong, not being over baring.
if you work out your differences with your daughter you will have lots of time with your grand daughter and the rewards of happiness for all.

for everyone " treat others the way you want to be treated, always ask yourself when dealing with others, and your treatment of them, if this is the way you want to be treated?

Go to www.divorcesource.com or do a web search 'grand parent rights in West Virginia'. Good luck and go easy.

It most likely depends on what you plead (write) to the court. The more convincing you are the most likely you will win your plea.
