How much is a year of RN experience worth in Ohio?

i'm new nursing faculty and want to know if my years of RN experience should be counted in with my salary as an educator.

Yes indeed. RN's are the most desirable by the work force today. The demand is greater than the supply. This is true throughout the U.S. Depending on experience, you could expect to make in the $50-60 thousand/Yr. range easily.
