If we use the word gift in a vague kinda way then it would have to be "the gift of life" , being born, as without that nothing else would have happened to me.
If by gift you mean material items, then since I use my computer more than anything else I got, I would have to say my computer is the best gift I have received. By the way I am also the best gift giver, as I bought myself my computer.

Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Since I have received Him, my life has been much happier/fulfilling, I am more stable--both mentally and emotionally--and I now know who I am and what I am worth. Having the ability to say those things is a gift in itself...
