mate if you've fitted the sensor correctly then you will need to clear the logged fault, there is a 14 pin diag plug under the bonnet, left hand side as you look at the engine, you have to bridge to terminals then pump the brake pedal 30 times in a minute, im sorry i cant remember the terminal numbers, if you pop in to toyota garage and ask a tec to do it they will pop out and clear it for you, give him a diver and your both happy. magic

The ABS light is for the Anti-Lock Brake System. I am not sure how the 94 Celia's System is set up. Did you do the work yourself or did someone else do the work for you? If you did the work make sure you have reconnected all the electrical harnesses or any wires that you may have removed to change the bearing.

If someone else did the work, take the car back and explain that the light came on right after they did the job and they should look at it without charging anything.

Either way, if you cannot get that light to go out, you need to get your car to a shop. If your anti-lock brake light is on that means that your system is not working right and it needs to be worked on to get your brakes working right.

Good luck

When changing the wheel bearings you may have moved the sensor at the front axle. Check to see if it is aligned properly with the cogged ring around the axle. Unhook the positive battery cable to reset the codes stored in the computer after the realignment or repair of the ABS sensors. Good luck !

Remove the bulb? Or take it to a dealer and find out what is wrong. If it was not on before you changed the bearing, you must have damage the sensor while the bearing was replaced. The light is on because the ABS is not working properly.
