High heels seem to be making a come back at least for the next season or two. Many places are now selling 4 and 5" stilettos that didn't sell them before!
No matter what the style is though, wear what you enjoy and what you feel good about wearing.

High heels. I wish that I could wear them all day long. I can't wear them to work because I am a guy. I do however wear them in my office under my desk. I also put them on in the car on the way home, and wear them the rest of the day. I love them, and they have to be at least 3 1/2, I prefer between 4 and 5". I do have tons of fetish ones as well that are well above the 5" range...

.Both are fashionable, depending on the occasion and how you look wearing them. Classic pumps are always good. Very high heels are good for evening, if you can walk and dance well in them. Low are good for comfort and things that require a lot of walking, like being at school or at work. They also look nice if you are heavy.

Both, a short woman may feel great wearing heels, to make her look taller, while a tall women will wear wedge heels, to look nice in dress.

High heels will never be out of style...
However flats and flip flops will look ridicuolous in 1 year from now...
Heels will last as long as real girls exists...

High heels are dangerous and a form of ancient chinese footbinding... "women... rebel foot tryanny" Oh it is so cute when we totter and can't run. SEXY!
But hey for current fashion... I don't really know.

(1) - best mags for up-to-the-second fashion are vogue, elle and instyle
(2) wegdes are back in fashion, but flats are still very popular. look for styles that are comfortable (brand names DO matter!!)
