My friend need help but i told her i couldn't cause i have stage fright and so i ask her if she could do it with someone else and she said never mind Jessica you let me down and she almost got disqualify but i showed up and she didn't and she got mad cause she yelled at me and said that I TOLD YOU THAT I DIDN'T NEED YOUR HELP!What should i do?

i think that you should apologize to her. i mean your friend asked you for help and you did not because of a fear. fear or not you should have been there. also if you have done it you would have gotten rid of your fear of stage fright. also she didn't ask for anybody else to do it with her she asked you, so you should have been happy that she asked you and nobody else. she probably asked you cause she feels real comfortable with you. apologize to her and tell her your side of the story and maybe she just might apologize for her actions you never know. friends don't stay mad at each other forever.
