I work in the industry and know very well that no one line has the best of everything. I also know (insider secret) that the same labs that make MAC lipstick make LOTS of other brands. Very view companies have their own labs, Avon does, Mary Kay does, Estee Lauder does. L'Oreal and Lancome have the same parent company and if you look carefully share many of the same formulas. You make the choice whether you want to be a Lancome user or a L'Oreal user based on price and prestige not quality. For the most part everyone else buys from all of the same labs. That's why if you are a girl on a buget look at ingredient decks and keep an open mind - often you are just paying for a massive advertising budget.

My renowned is M.A.C its my renowned because of the fact there makeup actaully works and you purely could desire to do no longer could desire to save going over it in comparison to drugstore manufacturers. And its mascara dosen't flake or something however the eyeliner smudges in specific situations. The eyeshadow is extremely pigmented.

I think each one of them is good in something not everything. I think Almay is good when it comes to sensitivity. Loreal is good for its mascaras. Mac is good for its variation in color and durability. I love Mac's shadows and eyeliners. Prescriptives is great in foundations. So to answer your question, there is not one favorite brand with all favorite items.

im a brown lady and bobbi brown kicks butt. a lil less expensive but matches up would be Za cosmetics. being a dark skinned lady, other brands make me look ghostly white when i used them. but Za blends in whethers its the compact powder or others like eye shadow.. . fair ladies, this is the perfect make up to make ur skin look tanned if you are a beach bum :)

Clinique. I am sure if I could afford more expensive I probably would, but Clinique has a lot of good stuff and I love bonus time when you get their cute little bags with samples.
