It is from the Herpes simplex 1 virus. (Not the same as the VD virus!) They usually erupt during times of stress. They are very warm, and sorta look like your lip has erupted open. They are oozy and painful.
Use Abbreva or Zilactin. They will help it heal faster, cuz they need to run their course, for the most part. The Zilactin will burn like the dickens when you first put it on... just fan your lip until it dries. It forms a protective seal over the FB so it can heal faster.

It is normally a white bump on your mouth or in your mouth but if it is being irritated they can become pink or red in color just put some oragel on it and it will go away in a few days!
