Well, given that Juventus, Lazio, and Fiorentina are now in Serie B, they're out of Serie A champion contention. AC Milan will struggle to get back up the ranks so they won't be champion contenders in my opinion. This gives way to teams like Inter and Roma to finally get back to the top. From an educated guess, I'd say Inter wins Serie A next year.

It will be wide open particulary because Juventus and Fiorentina have been relegated with point deductions. AC Milan have to start on - 15 but atleast they are in Serie A, they have a half chance particularly if Kaka stays. But it will be difficult.
The 'Dark Horse' Lazio have also been relegated and points deducted.
Inter Milan and Roma will fancy their chances but as their consistency isn't great there is hope for someone else or AC Milan to win.

After relegation of the four clubs(i think name is not nedded) Milan would take advantage but it is impossible as it will loose 15 points and its top players are heading to other clubs of europe. So i think inter milan will win the league this season

with Juventus, SS Lazio & AC Fiorentina all been relegated to Serie B next season for their involvement in match fixing, AC Milan will likely to struggle as they start the next season with 15 points penalty but if they keeping winning matches, who knows they might be the Serie A title contenders after all, along with mostly likely their cross town rivals Internazionale Milan, AS Roma or maybe one or two surprise teams like Palermo & AC Parma!!

Serie A championship next year will be a shambles and it will be won by Inter. Last years scudetto should be void and not handed to Inter Milan.
