I try to access "contact" on realesate web site and a pop up stops me. It says "The banner will not work untill you download the Flash plugin." Where do I find it and how do I download it?

A "plugin" is a program that adds functions to your web browser. In this case, it lets your browser display Flash media.
The plugin can be downloaded at no cost from www.adobe.com.
By the way, it USED to be www.marcrmedia.com. Adobe bought em?
