just seeing what a culture or persons reaction would be to such a peice of art work in such open place on a persons body.
would you get one there?
FYI seven he is a very respected person he has my respect try not to judge a person by his art expressions

It represents a lack of class. No classy gentleman would have such a visible tattoo. Can you picture this guy being a Dr., a teacher, an engineer, a politician, a banker ?? or for that matter, any respectable position?

An idiot.
Any man that puts a tattoo on his neck like that is a moron. Sure I would probably not tell him this in a bar, but basically this man made the decision to shut the door on 70% of all jobs he could get. No company is going to hire him for anything but the most menial job with a neck tattoo. Sure there are exceptions, but I still think you have to be an idiot to do something like that.

I think that that means that he's a "trapper" and if you don't know what that is then I can't probably tell you any more. My source is from experience and like one rap song that I've heard. Do you happen to be in Tulsa, Ok.; because if not then I had no idea a popular these specific tatoos are. Denise
