I have bad dark eyes sometimes its like i've been punched.
I hate this advice oh try getting some sleep because trust me it does not work my eyes have been like this since I was 11 and i'm 36 now.
I've tryed cucumber tea bags you name it it looks like its just something I will have and always will have.
I best concealer i've found is in the boots 17 range and its a light reflecting concealer it looks like a mascara tube and you click the button few times and brush /dab the concealer on I find if I start doing my other bits of makeup and leave the concealer on a while its works good then I blend the concealer into the foundation, it worked so good it was weird seeing myself without the horrible dark eyes.

1) Dress in multiple, mix-matched layers (make sure to wear a pair of underwear on the outside)
2) Coat your eyes in eyeshadow in a rainbow pattern
3) Drink sixteen cans of Orange Soda
4) Cut your hair into a mullet
5) Eat a dozen Crispy Cream Doughnuts
6) Go to the pet store and buy some fish
(I think that should do the trick)

BE SURE it is not mascara residue that is trapped there in your wrinles and stuff. Use a good quality eye makeup remover and see if you can gently get any off.
Get more rest!
Use an undereye concealer.

could be seasonal for food allergies. If you are getting enough sleep, you might want to get tested. I would not reccomend pharmaceutical remdies for whatever you come up with - there are natural cures for allergy issues!
