You would need to get a B.Sc in Physics or Astronomy. Then you would get your Ph.d in astrophysics where you thesis would make some contribution to the field of black holes.

No.. there is, at this time..... no degree that specializes in the study of black holes.. worm holes.. white holes.. etc. One of the problems would be.. who would teach it when there is almost NOTHING known about them.. In my opinion, there will be NOTHING much known about them for many years to come.
