Hardly any.
Rule of thumb is that if you are going to let your car idle for over 2 minutes then it's better to shut it off. Less than two minutes and you aren't really saving anything as the car generally uses more gas than that to start up and come up to temp.

You waste more gas than that driving the extra 1/2 mile to go to the gas station that has it $.01 cheaper per gallon.

Good to switch off if the wait is more than two minutes? Should be switching off at every street light here in VA then.
