You pronounce it O-P-I and it is actually a nail lacquer(not polish) which is why it stays on so well.

O.P.I. like initials and its the only thing I use on my toes because it lasts FOREVER.

it is Oooo- PPPPP-IIIIIIII. My grandma works at a beauty parlor and that is what they call it.
