If you mean players, Henri "Pocket Rocket" Richard won the most stanley cups with 11.
2nd player with the most Stanley Cups is Jean Beliveau with 10.
If you mean teams, Montreal has the most with 24 cups.
Toronto is 2nd with 13 cups.

Montreal Canadians...But in the early days of the NHL (When they won most of their cups) they had the rights to all Quebec born players giving them an un-fair advantage (almost) like having half the players in Canada to chose from first. Not to fair eh?
The other 5 teams had the rest of Canada to chose from and had to trade for French players.
