You can always e-mail the
security@'who ever has your account'-> (Yahoo, or Hotmail) (security, or problem, or help, or other words like that.)
and try there.

Otherwise to help keep you and others out of trouble.....

Legally No one can help you.

It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.

From what you described, I think you can't get back the email address password. I'm sorry about that.

But maybe you have the chance. Did you allow your PC to remember the password every time you sign in your mail? If you did, I think someone will give you further help. Good luck.

You can click on the forgot password and it should ask you a security question which will then let you re-set your password or you can contact tech support for that e-mail client. Either way, you will have to know something about the account itself so they know you are the person allowed in it.
