Im 11 years old and right now this summer, I dont feel like watching cartoons,going to game sites like disneychannel,cartoonnetwork .com and I dont think kiddy jokes are funny anymore....I dont watch cartoons that much (like rite now Im watching comedy central)......Is this usual ?? But I just dont really like when my friends tell me that I dont wanna grow up too fast ....well Im not.....I just dont really like kiddy stuff that much anymore...... :|

u sound just like me what is playing on comedy central right now MAD TV, i understand i went through the same thing i am only a little older than u are and i just think u are growing up, get used to it when u are a teenager u will be wearing the same size shirts u are wearing now with little baby animals on it, i personally dont but that is what the other teenagers are doin. i mean being a kid is great but i want to vote and drive.

This is normal. Your starting to grow up. I was about your age when I stopped watching cartoons and playing with dolls.

As we grow older we tend to think less concretely and more qualitatively."instant gratification vs. intellect". It's perfectly natural and happens sooner to some than others. You have a head start on your peers. don't worry. they'll catch up in time. Until then you have the intellectual advantage. Use it.

It's normal. You don't have to always like the same stuff your friends do. Sometimes, the cartoons aren't very good. I like Jimmy Neutron though.

I'm 12 and that's how it is with me. Though on Nick sometimes there is something on I catch. I know like every episode and it is getting old. I don't know either
