I know I wouldn't want to be sitting in that person's car...or sitting in a car anywhere around him/her for that matter...or even walking on the sidewalk within a block of that person.
Seriously, anyone who thinks it is OK to drive 55mph out of a parking lot (and especially around an "s" curve) should not be allowed to have a license. It is truly a safety risk for the rest of us.

Bad drivers. Roads are full of them. Maybe they should give some sort of aptitude test before handing out a license.
