I quite agree with you you shouldn't feed other peoples horses

it's expensive enough as it is either you can fence off a corner for your horse or will they let you put up a wooden structure of sorts to keep your horse in during the winter

or you will have to move him
seems a shame as he seems to have plenty of room

I'm given to understand one acre is sufficient for one horse? Sounds like ye should cut ye losses and get out of there.

Anyway, if these goons aren't even providing winter forage, it's a sure as hell bet they're not worming or otherwise caring for their horses either. And how about the fencing? You left to keep a check on that too?

No. Sounds like a bad situation throughout. Your horse doesn't deserve that and the idiots don't deserve their horses or you. Why should you do their donkey work?

Find somewhere else.

you dont sound rude at all! i cant believe the others arent as concerned about their horses as you are or maybe they are hoping that since you are a nice person and all that youll just feed all of them!
my first suggestion is to at least move your horse in the winter time.
another option i was thinking is that if you can get a few panels and panel off a corner of the pasture so you can just let your horse in to be fed...maybe a small water barrel there as well.
you might think its mean to let your horse eat while the others dont but you arent responsible for the others. if it continues to be a problem and they arent feeding theirs i would call animal control. your doing more than your part sounds like.

Get a nose bag or kill your hobby. In ten years you will have kids, going to give them a problem too? Horses should only be measured in power. I have a car that gives out 692 HP It's a Shelby Cobra with N O Injection and twin 850 double pumper Holleys on a tarantula mani with black jack hooker headers linked to thrush turbo mufflers with power wate gates. 0 to 60 in 3.9 secs. Now that's a problem to feed at 4 miles to the gallon. There aint no substitute for cubic inches.

You should probably feed him seperatly and watch your horse eat to make sure he's fed. If the other people don't cough up the cash you should considering informing the authorities. Either that or move.
