Interesting thing I learnt - the Yellow Ranger changes gender in some action scenes - this is because of differences between the US actors and the Japanese stock footage used for the rangers in costume. In the US version the Yellow is female and in the Japanese the Yellow is male

i remember crying in kindergarden because in afterschool care we would always play them and then came a new girl one day. she was african american so they said she should be yellow since she looks like her and they said i looked like kimberly. but yeah, later i realized during the game that it was okay to be kim because kimberly had a thing going with another ranger, or so one of the boys said and i think she did. but yeah. !!!
