To make there presense know,you turn around and look at them don't cha? My cousin got fined for doing that though and they threaten to take away our parking passes at school if we blast our music.

because they like loud music my brother does that in the house when my parents are gone!

i do that but its not for people its for me.. i like loud music...i know i can be deaf.. but well... i thin people who do that do it for them.. they enjoy loud music.. but i agree that i disturbs other people around...
