I don't need to lose weight. I'm just trying to achieve a fat redistribution. To gain weight on my hips and bottom as well as losing it off my abdomen.Exercises haven't worked. Please don't tell me to be content with the figure I have. I've considered that option already.

People have different body shapes, and you can't change that. You have an apple shape, which means you carry your weight around your middle. I have a pear shape, and I carry weight around my thighs and rear. There is nothing you can do to move the weight except to get rid of it through exercise. Gaining muscle in your upper legs can make you look more balanced.

Women usually go pear-shaped after 40....you don't want this particularly if you are of a smaller build....backsides, hips and upper legs are not a girls best friend...so walk or use a treadmill and carry some of those small beauty bells in your hands to give your arms and upper body some training as you move....if on a treadmill, try to angle the gradient up a little to gain more effect. also do a little hip-twisting whilst standing to get any fat on the move from your waist....Have fun....best of luck

I have seen amazing transformations in bodies that do yoga. I can't guarantee that it will take you from a "funnel" to hourglass/pear shape, but if anything will get you close, it's yoga. Good luck!

If you already tried a gym and had a personal trainer instruct you and have given it your 100%. Then maybe "i hate to say it" but a tummy tuck and some implants. Arrrrghhhh I said it. But what else is left if you already tried to work your tushie off and still no results.

Pilates is the only exercise regime I've found that can really change body shape..it's subtle but effective.

Try body wraps its kinda like cling film, get it wrapped where you want to loose weight, then you go under a sunlamp and sweat it off its fast, good and painless!
