If you are using Yahoo email you can go to Options/Block Addresses.... and then enter the addresses you want to block in the box... and click

You can block whole companies... example:

Judy@spamcity.net.... you just put in *@spamcity.net... and it will block everyone from that network
--or--
Bill@spamadwarez.com... you put in *@spamadwarez.com

If you want to block a whole country.. you can do it by their designator..

example *@*.de... I'm not sure what country that is.. just off hand.. but if you look at your bulk mail.. or at your spam addresses.. you will soon find those countries that you don't get useful email from.. and you can block them...

oh.. on the FREE account... you are limited in the number of blocks you can set.

Hope this helps.. hmm... what is the designator for the USA? .us?

Either spam it or block that address.
