The thing is you've already given a chance and its entirely up to you how you use it.
First of all you change yourself then you'll see everything is changing automatically towards the direction you are thinking of.
You not desire, what is easy to get nor should you quit what is hard to do, always stay in a wiser ways...

I would make sure that other countries reliant on the U.S. were self-reliant and resourceful, with a solid constitution set in place. If this were to happen, there would be no need for the U.S. to squander money away when our own government could be taking care of its own problems.

I'd change the situation in Africa. I don't believe ppl should be allowed to live like that. The politicians don't care

I would change the laws for sex offenders such as hanging them instead of putting them in prison.
