i am inviting four girls to my sleepover my mom can not look after alot of girls or anything to crazy.

1) TPing is always fun. Don't be mean about it though. Make sure it's not gonna rain or anything.
2) The most fun thing I've ever done at a sleepover was an ice cream drop. You get two ladders and have two girls lay at the bottom with paper bowls under their chins. Two on top of the ladder drop ice cream and toppings down in the bowl. The last time I did it, it turned out to be an all out whipped cream fight. SO fun. Be sure to take pics

Get a e book from the library about authentic ghost memories, take turns examining them. lease some scary videos. Play conceal and seek for outside. Ask your father and mom in case you are able to serve some spooky ingredients, like chocolate cake or cupcakes with chocolate frosting and gummy worms and spiders. Play reality or dare. Take images.

The games should be age appropriate (you didn't mention your age). There is always Monopoly, Twister, UNO, Backgammon...but you can only play so many board games. I would suggest, if your mom allows it, to rent a movie, something that everyone will enjoy (scary, funny or romantic)...and always have to have popcorn and something to drink.

Don't plan anything!! Seriously! Set up sleeping bags in a room with some music and snacks...And chat!!! I love staying up late getting all the gossip from friends! It's sooo fun. We used to do nails and mud masks--all that girly stuff. :)
I agree with the apples to apples game and also taboo is fun.

1 priority ...... rent a scary movie ... ..adn make popcorns n drinks ..alltogether....
2.. hit the mall and buy funky clothes 4 eachother ... and the next day wear them to school.... etc
