the first
right click on your friend's ID and click send my messenger list and select those emails u want and send it for him so he can add them in his messenger and address book2
the second
go to your address book page in yahoo account
click on import/export address book....
export your address boos to your pc
then send it for your friend so he can import it easy

you can use your yahoo addressbook and add your friends to your yahoo mail list that way too. just put their name and yahoo email address and click on save .that will do it.
