The purpose of a tattoo is to sybolize a part of your life that you feel was important enough to imprint it on your skin. He could be a Scorpio. Scorpio men are seductive and sensual men and usually are pretty arrogant. Whatever his tattoo means, only he would know. However, I would assume that he is proud of his astrology sign and decided to place it where the world can see it. It's on the inside of a person that they should be judged, not by their appearance. Jeffrey Dahmer was a good looking man....and look how screwed up he was. I've met "scary biker men" covered in tattoos, that would give you the shirt off their back. People are never what they appear to be, until you've actually taken the time to get to know them, don't judge them by their tattoos. :o)

well to me I love tats all kinds but if I seen a scorpion on the side of a man's neck depending on what he looked like I would think "hummmm could be a bad boy maybe I should find out" but now if I seen a scorpion on a biker I would comment on his hog first then this tat

Do you go around looking for signs & worry yourself trying to
interperet a true meaning?If you're really curious,just ask em'.
